I've taken a while to write this as I wanted to truly convey just how much Faye has changed my family's life. Before Teddy and I worked with Faye, Teddy was uncomfortable, unhappy and in pain a lot of the time. I felt robbed of the happy baby I expected to have and couldn't help but think I had done something wrong. Faye took the time to understand us as a family looking at all of the details around my pregnancy, birth, and assuring us we could fix things. We are now about 12 weeks into our new life and I can not describe the change in Teddy in words. He is simply a different child - a happy child who isn't in pain and who loves life. Faye we can never fully tell you how grateful we are but you saved us from so from the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU.

When I was at my lowest ebb and wits end with my then 10 month old who had silent reflux, I had a chat with Faye and she recommended her handbook first to help me understand what was happening and to then start making small changes. It was quite simply - life changing. Her handbook is detailed and easy to follow and I was able to see that my son was swallowing air when he fed, secondary to an unresolved tongue tie and tension in his head and neck from a prolonged labour. Since then, my boy is completely different - he wakes up babbling instead of screaming at night, he's eating more and laughs all the time. As well as a mum, I'm also an NHS consultant. I had no training on these things at medical school or subsequently other than being told reflux can be treated with medication. Thanks to Faye, I have undergone a massive transformation with regards to my understanding of reflux and I will definitely be passing that on anyway I can.

What can I say about the amazing Faye. I don't actually have the words to say how much Faye has helped us; she has been my baby's advocate. The knowledge Faye imparts and the resources she has pointed me to have been completely invaluable. But not only that, she has been my absolute rock through it all. Faye you are incredible, you're a mama who just 'gets it'. My baby is more comfortable because of you and for that, I owe you everything. Thank you lovely lady.

I could talk for hours and write paragraph after paragraph about our journey, how heartbreaking it has been and how much Faye has done for our little family. She didn't just work with us on the root causes and create a plan, she quite literally changed our lives. I bought your book and WOW! I realised my baby was absolutely full of air (he's been described as a bagpipe by the osteopath)! And he clearly had some oral issues going on too. Since using and implementing your book, I now have a baby that will actually interact with me. He smiles now and I've been able to take him to a baby class without the fear that he will scream the whole time. I absolutely cannot thank you enough. A few weeks after my son was born, I was sat on my bed thinking I wasn't cut out for this.
